Who wants to join our Amsterdam based venture Avartize.com. We cut you in generously!

We’re on the verge of implementing our business model into the website, to start converting current traffic and start differentiation from competition more clearly now. A distinctive strategy, aimed at branding and customization has been forged. Your role will be to create the new version and stay involved to optimize and improve. You’ll get 25% ownership of our venture and an equal amount of the incoming revenues. (So it’s not a “job”, we’re not looking for an employee.)

Profile

Ruby on Rails wizard, experienced and ambitious. Visits relevant congresses/meetups.
Has social skills and is willing to do what it takes, not just what she/he likes.
Wants to be part of an entrepreneurial team that consists of a Product Manager, a Design Master and a Strategy Master – all dedicated, perfectionistic, conscientious and all about serious business AND fun! (A lot of fun and high fives actually 😉
